JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years’ PQE
LOCATION: West Sussex
As an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, you will take over and build an existing caseload made up of a varied commercial workload. Your work is to include; providing an extensive service on leases including their creation and assisting on ending or previously created leases, contractual work and site acquisition and disposal for commercial matters.
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be well versed in commercial real estate matters and will be confident in their ability to take over an existing caseload and develop it further. You will have a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience and will have extensive knowledge on lease matters. You will be a team player and will be able to communicate efficiently between both colleagues and clients. Organised, planned and time-efficient you will handle matters in an efficient manner in order to work under demanding deadlines.
