PQE REQUIRED: 3 years+ PQE
LOCATION: Warwickshire (Commutable of: Nuneaton, Coventry, Leicester, Rugby, Leamington Spa, Birmingham)
SALARY: Dependant on experience
Our client is offering a great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful team. The commercial property department of this practice is thriving and, as such, they are always on the lookout for talented Commercial Property Solicitors to add to the offerings of the team. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will take on their own caseload of commercial property files including, but not limited to, the acquisitions of non-residential property, negotiating and drafting of leases, property development project and property finance.
The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least three years of post qualification experience gained within a real estate department and will be able to demonstrate the capability of handling their own caseload. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have had some solid experience handling commercial property files from the initial instruction through to completion, and will be comfortable in handling multiple deadlines at any one time. The Commercial Property Solicitor will be well organised, commercial aware and have exceptional drafting skills.
