JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3 years+ PQE
LOCATION: Shropshire (Commutable to: Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Whitchurch, Telford, Welshpool, Bridgnorth)
SALARY: Dependant on experience
Due to an increased workload in our client’s commercial property department, they are now looking to appoint an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to add to the offerings of the team. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will take on their own caseload, working independently on a varied and interesting range of commercial property matters relation to both commercial and agricultural matters.
Our client is keen to hear from a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least three years of experience in handling their own caseload covering a range of commercial property work. Ideally the Commercial Property Solicitor will have had experience of matters including, but not limited to, purchase and sale of commercial property, landlord and tenant, transfer of equity and mortgage documentation. Due to the nature of the work involved, it would be a significant advantage if the Commercial Property Solicitor has had experience in agricultural property work.
