The appointed commercial property solicitor can expect to be working on sales and acquisitions, bank funding, lending and asset management and buy to let investments. They will be joining a busy and dynamic commercial property team and will be expected to build and develop their own strong network of business contacts and to utilise this to contribute to the team’s ongoing success.



We are looking for talented and ambitious commercial property solicitors with at least two years PQE and with strong experience in a similar commercial property role. Candidates must be technically strong with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tight deadlines with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be an apt communicator with strong negotiation and commercial skills who is able to build strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues.
