JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3 years+ PQE
Our client has an exceptional reputation across Dorset and their commercial property department is going a period of growth and success. As a result, they are looking to appoint an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to expand the offerings of the team. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will join a team dedicated to the highest levels of service and client satisfaction. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will handle their own caseload of real estate files and, in addition, will also be tasked with undertaking business development.
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least three years of experience gained at a practice with a good reputation within commercial property and will ideally have handled their own caseload from initial instruction through to completion. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor should have exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and should work well under pressure. Any experience of business development will be highly regarded.
