THE ROLE:

The role of the Commercial Property Solicitor demands that they act on behalf of clients who are acquiring new premises or disposing of old ones. A requirement of the Commercial Property Solicitor is to extend their expertise across a wide range of business sectors that is inclusive of office premises, shops, restaurants, warehouses and factories. It is necessary that the Commercial Property Solicitor is confident in offering sound advice to clients especially in the areas of environmental and planning issues.

 

 

THE CANDIDATE:

It is essential that the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor has experience of working within a busy commercial property department and is extremely passionate about commercial property, whilst being willing to grow within an established team. It has been specified by our client that the successfully appointed Commercial Property Solicitor is able to manage time effectively when dealing with high volume caseloads. The candidate must also be equipped with detailed knowledge of both landlord and tenant transactions, seeing them through to completion and deal with any post-completion matters.
