Due to increased workload, this wonderful practice are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Commercial Property Lawyer to join their excellent team in Oxfordshire. The appointed individual with work closely with the partners, on a varied caseload of matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, property finance, acting for lenders and some development work. This post is for a senior candidate with a broad experience of commercial property matters.. Due to this and the quality of work this role provides the successful Commercial Property Solicitor the wonderful opportunity to take on a new challenge and tackle top quality work from a regional location.



The appointed candidate will have gained around 5+ years' experience as a Commercial Property Lawyer, working on their own large caseload from inception through to completion under minimal supervision. This role is also open to experienced legal executives who can demonstrate they hold the adequate knowledge and experience to fit the role. You will have excellent time management and organisation skills, effectively able to work to deadlines and prioritise your own workload. You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with people from all walks of life and have a genuine  passion for the work that you do.
