JOB TITLE:                   Commercial Property Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         At least 5 years PQE

LOCATION:                  North Yorkshire (Commutable from: York, Harrogate, Thirsk, Leeds, Ripon)   

SALARY:                      £Competitive salary    

 

THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and professional Commercial Property Solicitor to join this highly reputable property team.  As the successful and well rounded Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for a wide variety of commercial property transactions including business acquisitions and sales, sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters and leases, as well as taking a key role in the ongoing development and success of the property team.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least 5 years' PQE in commercial property and a proven track record of handling all types of commercial property transactions gained within a recognised practice. Applications are sought from Solicitors looking for the opportunity to handle high quality work combined with being central to the continued success of the team through marketing and business development initiatives.
