JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 10+ years
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
As commercial property solicitor you will be working on a busy caseload covering the full spectrum of commercial property issues but with a clear focus on both commercial and residential development. The commercial property team’s client base consists of developers, owner manged businesses and SMEs from a broad range of sectors. It is expected that as an experienced commercial property solicitor you will be bringing your own strong network of contacts to the role and that you will utilise this to play an active role in the commercial property team’s business development activities.
We are looking to speak to commercial property solicitors with at least 10 years PQE and a strong business network. Candidates must be technically astute with a flair for negotiation and commercial acumen. The successful candidate will be apt at building lasting working relationships with clients and will have a demonstrable drive to contribute to the commercial property team’s ongoing success and growth.
