JOB TITLE:                    Commercial Property Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         3+ PQE

LOCATION:                 Coalville, Leicestershire

SALARY:                        £Dependent on experience

 

THE ROLE:

This well established multi-office firm based in Leicestershire are looking for a 3+ PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy Commercial Property team and hit the ground running with an active caseload.  The successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have experience in dealing independently with their own caseload and experience of Landlord and Tenant, Land Development and Business Sales is essential.  The Commercial Property Solicitor will also be dealing with acquisitions, disposals, and some development work.

 

THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have a minimum of 3 years PQE and be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.  You will have an excellent academic history and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
