JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+
This leading practice are keen to recruit a motivated and accomplished Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful team acting for a wide range of clients. You will be working on various transactions including the acquisition and disposal of both leasehold and freehold property, with the potential for involvement in development related matters. This team deals with all types of commercial property including offices, retail, leisure and licensed premises.
You will be a forward-thinking individual with excellent commercial acumen and a genuine commitment to business development and client networking. Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years PQE experience in Commercial Property law gained within another well respected practice and able to demonstrate strong technically skills in all areas of commercial property law. You will show willing to play and active role in the growth of the department and will be looking for an opportunity where you can build strong working relationships with clients, brokers and the wider business community.
