THE ROLE:

Within the role of a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work on behalf of a vast client base, conducting work such as; acquisitions, mergers and disposals, leases, retail business transfers and landlord and tenant work. This role will involve the management of cases from start to finish, as well as actively managing commercial property transactions.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Bringing a wealth of experience in commercial property and commercial property transactions, you will be a professional individual with sound legal knowledge in this region. You will be personable and will have excellent communicative capabilities, being able to efficiently convey your legal knowledge to both colleagues and clients. In addition, you will have a drive and ambition to progress your career with the firm, providing a positive contribution to the team and firm on a daily basis.
