JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ-3 years PQE
Our client's commercial property team offer a full range of legal services in this area including acquisitions and disposals, construction law, commercial real estate and planning and development. The team are looking to appoint a talented and professional Solicitor to add to the team. The Solicitor will assist on a range of interesting and challenging development projects ranging from office buildings to large scale urban regeneration projects. This is exceptional opportunity for a junior Solicitor to gain some great experience working on some of the biggest and most complex development projects in the country.
The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will either be newly qualified or will have up to three years of post qualification experience gained at either a city or leading regional firm. If the Solicitor is newly qualified, they should have completed at least one seat in commercial property during their training contract. The Solicitor should have a detailed knowledge of the commercial conveyancing process from the initial stages through to post completion, and ideally some experience of working on commercial development projects. The Commercial Property Solicitor should be well organised and be able to handle a heavy workload and multiple deadlines at any one time.
