JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2 years+ PQE
LOCATION: Dorset (Commutable of: Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Broadstone, Wimbourne)
Our client’s commercial property department is professional and client focused. Due to their increased success, our client is looking to recruit an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to add to the offerings of the team. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will take on their own caseload of property files and will progress the files from initial instruction through to completion. The Commercial Property Solicitor will assist a Partner in the team with work including site acquisitions, leases and licenses, bank finance work and some development work.
Our client is keen to hear from a Commercial Property Solicitor who has had some experience post qualification of working on real estate matters. They are keen to add a Solicitor to their team who is ambitious and passionate about this area of law. Over the coming years, the firm plans to continue to exceed expectations and grow into one of the most prominent and recognised providers of real estate legal advice in Dorset. They want to ensure that the Commercial Property Solicitor they appoint is committed to playing a key role in this strategy going forward.
