Our client is an established firm with offices across Devon who’s commercial property department is going from strength to strength. They are looking for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor. The Solicitor will assist more senior members of the team in providing acquisition, disposal and lease advice for industrial, retail and office units.



The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least two years of real estate experience.  The Solicitor should be well versed in the acquisition and disposal or commercial properties and ideally will have had some planning and commercial development experience. Our client is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor who is well organised and works well under pressure. Our client is committed to the development of their staff members and is, therefore, looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor who is looking for a long term move and is committed to a career within commercial property.
