JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years
LOCATION: Cumbria (commutable from Brampton, Carlisle, Keswick, Penrith, Pooley Bridge, Wigton and Workington)
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
As a commercial property solicitor you will be working on a busy caseload covering the full spectrum of commercial property issues, including agricultural property and high value residential property. The firm’s commercial property team deal with property sales and purchases, auctioned properties, property for industry and retail, leasing and property finance amongst a range of other matters. This role has excellent prospects from progression and there is the potential for the appointed commercial property solicitor to progress to partner level before too long.
We are looking for commercial property solicitors with a strong previous track record in managing their own commercial property caseload. Candidates must be technically astute with a flair for negotiation and commercial acumen. The successful candidate will be apt at building lasting working relationships with clients and will have a demonstrable drive to contribute to the commercial property team’s ongoing success.
