PQE REQUIRED:           1 – 3 Years

OVERVIEW:

Whether you’re buying land to develop, taking a lease or investing in a property portfolio, real estate transactions can be complex. With skills and experience as great and varied as those of this real estate team, it’s little wonder that they have a client base to match. In brief there will be a variety of general commercial property work, Landlord and Tenant law including commercial leases, advising on and drafting new leases and lease renewals and corporate support. COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:

Well the key skills that will be required by this Commercial Property Solicitor include: sound commercial property experience with a recognised commercial property practice, commercial, practical and financial awareness, confidence and ability to communicate at senior levels, excellent academics and strong ambition for career development, excellent interpersonal and marketing skills with the ability to develop contacts for the team and the firm, team player able to fit into a friendly, busy department, negotiation & drafting skills and organisational ability. Ambitious and passionate, you will be able to demonstrate great initiative and commercial acumen and have a keenness to broaden your range of skills and expertise.
