JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2 – 6 years PQE

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will undertake a wide range of high quality commercial real estate work on behalf of primarily local authority clients, as well as some private clients. The role will include handling their own caseload as well as assisting more senior members of the team on complex real estate matters. The caseload will include, not be limited to, negotiating commercial leases, development agreements and handling commercial sale and purchase transactions.
Our client is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor with between two years and six years of experience working within a real estate department. It is not essential, but ideally the Commercial Property Solicitor will have undertaken work on behalf of the healthcare sector. The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor should demonstrate a hard working attitude, excellent commercial awareness and good drafting and negotiating skills.
