SALARY:                     £NQ Market Rate



The commercial property department is currently working at full capacity and they have identified the need for either a Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor  or a more experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to deal with a varied caseload of commercial property transactions. The commercial property team covers the full spectrum of commercial property law including leases, acquisitions, disposals, options agreements and rent reviews. As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor you will be working closely with the Head of Department and gaining exposure to a high quality and varied caseload of commercial property transactions. Perfect opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor who is looking to specialise in commercial property law with a leading national practice.



Applications are sought from Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitors and  who have completed a seat within commercial property who are looking for the opportunity to enhance their skills and experience within this area of law, a more epericned Solicitor who is looking for their next move and.   Ideal Commercial Property Solicitors will have gained exposure to a diverse and challenging caseload of commercial property matters. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have gained relevant experience during their training and will have gained exposure to acquisitions, disposals, freehold and leasehold matters. You must have excellent academics and be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for this area of law.
