Award winning, leading regional law firm have an excellent opportunity to join a growing commercial property team who are friendly, energetic and dynamic, committed to achieving excellence. Their growing reputation means they act for a number of regional house builders in site acquisition, RSL sales, joint ventures, infrastructure agreements and section 106 obligations, which is being hived off into a built environment group, but this role will require some input to assist that group particularly in the areas of joint ventures. Construction experience will be an advantage. The commercial property team has developed an increasingly large portfolio of fast-growing local and regional property developers, providing them with all the necessary legal services in their acquisition of development sites and acting for them exclusively in their subsequent plot sales. You will be a senior lawyer with a general real estate development background looking to assist with an existing workload of freehold and leasehold conveyancing for non-developer clients, including property management.  Clients include supermarkets, airlines, retailers and manufacturers.  The successful legal professional will be commercially aware, have good client care skills, an eye for detail and knowledge of document and case management systems. You may also be required to provide property support to the corporate team and particularly on M&A work.
