JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Partner
PQE REQUIRED: 5+
As a commercial property partner you will be playing an integral role in a team that deals with the full range of commercial property matters including property sales and acquisitions, investments, developments and landlord and tenant issues. Your client base will consist of high profile developers, occupiers, investors and financiers. As a partner it is expected that you will play an active role in the management and development of junior solicitors as well as contribute significantly to the commercial property team’s business development.
We are interested in speaking with either existing commercial property partners or commercial property solicitors who are able to exhibit the interest and capability of progressing to a partnership position. Candidates must be technically astute with a flair for negotiation and keen sense of commercial acumen. The successful candidate will be apt at building lasting working relationships with clients and will have a demonstrable drive to contribute to the commercial property team’s ongoing success.
