JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Partner
PQE REQUIRED: 7+
SALARY: £Dependant on experience
My client is keen to expand their commercial property offerings within the Birmingham and as a result they identified the need for a Commercial Property Partner who can demonstrate a solid track record in all types of property work. The commercial property team covers the full remit of commercial property law including complex transactions, they advise on all types of commercial property including acquisitions / disposals, landlord and tenant, rent reviews, lease renewals and negotiating business tenancies. The team has a clear structure in place and for the right individual this team could be where you plan your long term career. As the successful Commercial Property Solicitor you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of leases, landlord and tenant matters, rent reviews and acquisitions / disposals.
With a minimum of 7 years experience you will be expected to manage your own caseload of commercial property transactions and be able to play an integral role in business development and networking activities to further enhance the profile of the team. The successful applicant must possess a minimum of 7 years experience in handling all aspects of commercial property gained within a leading regional law firm. You will have gained exposure to all areas of commercial property and will have handled a wide variety of leases and general commercial property work. What is crucial to this role is a desire to progress your career and work with the clients in a face to face role. You will as the appointed Commercial Property Partner have a network of contacts who are able to instruct you future matters.
