JOB TITLE:                            Commercial Property Paralegal

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:   1+ year

THE ROLE:

As a commercial property paralegal you will be assisting on an interesting and busy caseload, covering the full spectrum of commercial property issues. The firm’s commercial property team deal with property sales and purchases, auctioned properties, property for industry and retail, leasing and property finance amongst a range of other matters. This role offers all the support and training that it appropriate to your experience level.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

We are looking to speak to ambitious and hard working commercial property paralegals. Candidates must be either CILEX qualified (or be studying towards this) or have strong paralegal experience in a commercial property team. The successful candidate will be apt at building lasting working relationships with clients and colleagues alike and will have a demonstrable drive to contribute to the commercial property team’s ongoing success.
