Due to recent expansion, they are now seeking to appoint a talented and experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join with them in their West Sussex team. The successful candidate will work alongside the team, assisting on high quality construction, planning, environmental law and regulatory services matters and will handle their own small caseload of lower value matters.



The appointed candidate will have gained a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the commercial property field and will have gained exposure to ‘exchange’ ‘completion’ and ‘post-completion work’. Residential conveyancing experience is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will ideally be a law graduate who has additionally completed their LPC – this however will not preclude ambitious A level students with the appropriate experience. You will have excellent communication skills, organisational skills and a genuine desire to help clients through the process.
