JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Paralegal
PQE REQUIRED: 12 months experience
This excellent regional firm have a wonderful reputation in the marketplace for their innovative and client-centred approach. Due to recent expansion, they are now seeking to appoint a talented and experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join with them in their team in Kent. The team work across numerous industries including healthcare, dental, veterinary, pharmacy, hotel and licenced premises. The successful individual will help the team work on sales and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold, new leases, renewals, assignments and extensions, secured lending, property portfolio management and property aspects of corporate transactions.
The appointed Commercial Property Paralegal will ideally be experienced in commercial property law. Able to work effectively and co-operatively with the team in a busy environment, the ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet tight deadlines. As the successful Commercial Property Paralegal will be given a large amount of responsibility, you will be able to pick up tasks quickly and make decisions on your own initiative, asking questions where necessary. This role requires a strong knowledge of the sector and a demonstrable history of assisting on a broad range of commercial property law cases.
