JOB TITLE:                   Commercial Property Paralegal

LOCATION:                   Bedfordshire

THE ROLE:

This is an exciting position for a Paralegal wishing to progress their career in commercial property law.  This position will require you to provide first-class support to the commercial property team, some of these tasks include dealing with client care, file opening and closing formalities, progressing files, assisting with drafting property documents and generally supporting the team with their caseload.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

As the successful Commercial Property Paralegal you will have completed a law degree or equivalent and posses good technical knowledge and experience in all Commercial/Residential Property matters.  The Commercial Property Paralegal position requires an individual with the ability to handle a variety of different tasks in a thriving Property team.  Ideally you will also have completed the Legal Practice Course and have experience of working in Residential Conveyancing and/or Commercial Property and be looking for a new challenge that will give you the opportunity to build a career in this successful commercial property team.
