JOB TITLE:                  Commercial Property Locum Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         5+ years

SALARY:                      £30.00-£40.00

 

THE ROLE:

An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor is sought after to join a highly reputable property team based in Shropshire on a Locum basis commencing in August for approx. 3 months. You will hit the ground running managing a varied caseload which will comprise of; The sale and purchase of industrial / retail premises; financing and refinancing; lease matters as well as some landlord and tenant issues.  The role attracts a generous hourly rate coupled with the support of a dedicated secretary and a dynamic working environment.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The firm is seeking a qualified commercial property solicitor with upwards of 5 years PQE.  An excellent knowledge of all aspects of commercial property transactions, leases and landlord and tenant matters is essential.  To be considered for the role you must be available to commence a new assignment in August based in Shropshire and be in a position to commit for at least 3 months
