JOB TITLE:                    Commercial Property Locum

PQE REQUIRED:         5+ PQE

LOCATION:                  Leicestershire

HOURLY RATE:           £Competitive

 

THE ROLE:

Private Practice in Leicestershire are currently looking for a Commercial Property Locum to join them asap and hit the ground running with an existing caseload of Commercial Property matters.  The successful Commercial Property Locum should have a minimum of 5+ PQE and be confident to pick up a caseload consisting of but not limited to; acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial properties, negotiating some complex lease work, property development projects and property management.  The role will be ongoing.

 

THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LOCUM:

The successful Commercial Property Locum will have a proven background in Commercial Property law.  It is vital that the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor displays great communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and constantly aiming to deliver work of the highest quality.
