JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Locum
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years
If you have a strong understanding of Commercial Landlord and Tenant matters and are looking for a new locum role we want to hear from you! This busy public sector body is keen to recruit a knowledgeable Commercial Property Solicitor or Commercial Property Executive to cover for a minimum of 3 months. The caseload will predominantly comprise Commercial landlord and tenant matters, alongside more general sale and purchase issues. The organisation welcomes applications from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with a strong knowledge of all aspects of Commercial Property law, with a particular focus on commercial landlord and tenant matters. Applications from Solicitors or Legal Executives without landlord and tenant knowledge will not be considered. This role will fall inside of IR35 meaning you will need to be willing to be paid on a PAYE basis.
