THE ROLE:

Joining a highly successful dispute resolution team, you will act on commercial property litigation cases within this sector. You will have a variety of responsibilities including; undertaking work at the request of your Supervisor, managing your own caseload and taking the lead on client matters and networking with other professionals and contacts, both individually and as part of a team. The dispute resolution team has a strong reputation for dealing with all areas of litigation and in particular, property litigation work, acting for local, national and international clients.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will have a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience within commercial property litigation and will be able to implement their expertise across a wide variety of matters. Ideally you will have knowledge and experience dealing with landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations and breaches of covenants, break clauses, right to light disputes, forfeiture proceedings, boundary and land law related disputes, party wall act disputes and construction disputes. You will be able to manage your own caseload and will be confident in your ability to communicate effectively between both clients and colleagues.
