This leading Ipswich firm are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team to deal with an existing caseload of Commercial Property matters.  The successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have a minimum of two years experience in handling their own Commercial Property caseload and will be dealing with matters not limited to but including: Freehold / leasehold sales and purchases, auctions, leases, development, investment and will be dealing with small to medium sized businesses.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior Commercial Property Lawyer to really establish their career and progress within an excellent firm.



The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will need to hit the ground running and should have a minimum of 2+ PQE.  You should be enthusiastic and ambitious with high attention to detail.  You should be happy to work independently to run your own caseload and also within a team.
