This is a highly attractive opportunity for a talented commercial property lawyer who is looking to work on a quality caseload. With a focus on commercial property development work and as one of the more experienced members of the team you will work on high value commercial property matters. You will be responsible for managing the key client relationship while ensuring that the team maintains the high standard of client service. While you will be primarily handling development work you will also be working on other areas of commercial property such as landlord and tenant matters, invest property acquisitions and disposals, and portfolio management. This is a high profile, influential role that offers a great deal of autonomy, excellent career prospects, with partnership genuinely on offer in due course. As an important member of the commercial property team you will be expected to play an active role in the commercial property team’s business development activities, including networking, seminars and other initiatives. The commercial team has gone through an exciting period with a new head who has a progressive approach to developing the department, so this is a excellent time to be thinking of a move.
We are looking to speak to commercial property lawyers who are with a track record in managing a commercial property caseload, ideally with development experience, although candidates with general commercial property background will be of interest. Candidates must be technically astute with a flair for negotiation and keen sense of commercial acumen. The successful candidate will be apt at building lasting working relationships with clients and will have a demonstrable drive to contribute to the commercial property team’s ongoing success.
