Opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join this Derby firm and hit the ground running with an existing caseload.  The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will be dealing with a caseload which will consist of but not be limited to; commercial real estate, site acquisition, planning and business advice.  The existing team of Property Lawyers handle a mix of work and so candidates are sought with the ability to turn their hand to both residential conveyancing and commercial property matters.



The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will have a minimum of 2+ PQE and will be comfortable working under minimal supervision.  This position is for an ambitious Property Lawyer with good marketing and leadership skills who is keen to progress within a busy firm.  You should be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of a property transaction and a flaire for business development and marketing.
