Commercial Property Solicitor, Cambridgeshire – The need has arisen within a well established law firm for a Commercial Property Solicitor to deal with an existing caseload of matters.

JOB TITLE:                     Commercial Property Lawyer

PQE REQUIRED:               2+

LOCATION:                     Cambridgeshire

SALARY:                        Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:

The role will be varied and will include all types of commercial property and corporate related transactions. The appointed Commercial Property Lawyer will be dealing with an existing caseload of matters and be able to ideally hit the ground running.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives who are able to demonstrate sound technical expertise in commercial property and some corporate matters. Ideal Commercial Property Lawyers will have experience of dealing with the full range of commercial property and corporate law and be looking for a friendly and supportive working environment where the only limitations to your career progression are your own. Suitable Commercial Property Lawyers will be commercially aware and have expertise in commercial property matters.
