JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Development Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ Years’ PQE
Joining a highly successful, top 150 firm, you will gain extensive exposure within a Tier 1 commercial property team. You will work with an enviable client base and have the opportunity to act on a consistently high quality workload. As a Commercial Property Development Solicitor working within a well respected team, your work is to include; site acquisitions and disposals by way of options and conditional contracts, promotion agreements, planning and other statutory agreements related to the development of residential sites.
The successful Commercial Property Development Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience and will be well versed in the development of commercial sites. You will have excellent business development skills and will be able to communicate efficiently and effectively between clients and colleagues. In addition, you will be a team player who can prioritise a demanding workload to ensure the best outcome for the commercial team. You will be planned, organised and time efficient in order to handle a demanding caseload under time constraints.
