East Midlands, Nottingham based firm with an excellent Commercial reputation are keen to recruit a Commercial & Procurement Solicitor to undertake a varied caseload of commercial and procurement matters on behalf of clients within the healthcare sector.  The teams advise a diverse client base within the healthcare sector and the appointed Commercial & Procurement Solicitor will be expected to provide advise on public procurement projects, assist on high profile projects within the healthcare sector as well as deal with corporate governance issues.  Working alongside a team of specialists who come highly recommended for their contentious and non-contentious procurement advice this opportunity offers the appointed Solicitor the chance to really build on their existing skills and experience.



The successful Commercial & Procurement Solicitor should have a minimum of 2+ PQE within Commercial & Procurement law.  You will have a real desire to progress your career within this area of law and be looking for a friendly and supportive working environment where you can see your career flourish.  Ideal Commercial Solicitors will have some experience of working within the healthcare sector and will have a sound academic background and a positive approach towards business development and networking.
