As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor for a top 200 firm you will be working on a diverse and enviable caseload including all types of commercial contract disputes, arbitration proceedings and professional negligence claims. With an excellent reputation as an employer of choice, you will be joining a highly expert team, deploying in-depth knowledge and sound legal service of the highest quality.



As an aspiring Commercial Litigation Solicitor you will competent in case management and have confidence in buidling and maintaining a profitable portfolio. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to coherently relay messages to both clients, colleagues and partners. Additionally, you will have excellent organisational, planning and time management skills in order to meet deadlines and effectively contribute to a team. As a newly qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor, a basic level of experience of a full litigation practice is expected.
