OVERVIEW:

The Commercial Litigation caseload will include: inheritance disputes, contract disputes, property litigation, partnership and company breakdowns and professional negligence. The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will play a key role in developing and expanding the Firm's client base, whilst supporting and maintaining an existing caseload. You will have food sound experience within a similar role and looking to progress your career.  You will be able to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines. An ability to identify and develop opportunities, determined and decisive, with the intelligence to use ones own initiative and resolve litigation challenges.
