The highly rated litigation department of this leading law firm is in need of an additional Commercial Litigation Solicitor to handle a caseload of commercial disputes. Your workload cover the full remit of commercial disputes. The type of work the Commercial Litigation team deal with includes contract disputes, partnership disputes, financial services litigation and debt recovery matters along with property litigation files. The desire to business develop is also key for this role.



Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 3+ years PQE. You will have a proven background of dealing with a broad range of commercial litigation matters including property litigation matters. The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will possess excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the capability to work effectively within a team. Those with excellent business development skills as well as ability to deal with files effectively are also encouraged to apply.
