JOB TITLE:                   Commercial Litigation Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         1+ year

LOCATION:                  Manchester

SALARY:                      Competitive, commensurate on experience

 

THE ROLE:

You will be managing your own litigated caseload, taking instruction from commercial clients of all sizes and from all sectors. You will be working on issues such as commercial contract and shareholder disputes alongside a range of litigated construction cases. Outside of the management of your own caseload you will be actively contributing to the department’s business development activities and will be expected to develop and maintain a strong contact network.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

We are looking to speak to commercial litigation solicitors with at least a years PQE and good experience in both commercial and construction litigation. The successful candidate will be technically and academically astute with strong time management and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tight deadlines. Candidates must also have impeccable communication and negotiation abilities and a demonstrable sense of commercial acumen.
