JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: Up to 2 years PQE

The Dispute Resolution team with this nationally regarded law firm is in a position of growth and recruiting as part of its expansion. The team is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its specialists in Liverpool where you will be handling a broad range of contract and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, fraud and financial litigation matters. Under the guidance of a high rated Partner, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills within this area of law and start to work with your own clients, responsible for your own caseload.
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have up to 2 years PQE, excellent academics and experience of working for a leading national or regional law firm. Used to working within a culture of high-performance, the Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be team-focused and client driven. Excellent commercial acumen, strong business development skills and a proven billing track-record are a prerequisite. Newly qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role – you must have spent a seat of your training contract in the Commercial Litigation team within another leading national or regional law firm.
