JOB TITLE:                  Commercial Litigation Solicitor        

PQE REQUIRED:         NQ – 3        

LOCATION:                  Leicester      

SALARY:                     Highly Competitive     

THE ROLE:

Joining an industry leading team, you will be responsible for a varied and extensive caseload to include work such as; contractual claims, professional negligence, shareholder and partnership disputes, contentious probate, higher education litigation, sports and media litigation, judicial review, defamation, and enforcement action. In addition to this work, you will be actively encouraged by the firm to pursue your own specialism and add a different angle to the teams approach.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

As the newly appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will have prior experience in contentious matters, with a strong desire to specialise in commercial dispute resolution. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to plan and organise in order to manage a busy caseload under challenging deadlines. Also, you will have the ability to create strong client relationships and provide a sound legal service in order to maintain these relationships.
