JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 1+PQE

This leading forward thinking practice is looking to recruit into its highly regarded Commercial team. As the appointed Commercial Litigator you will be joining a dedicated commercial litigation department where you will be handling a diverse caseload of all aspects of litigation including but not limited to property and commercial litigation cases, including contractual and property disputes. The role may also involve exposure to regulatory work, including acting on behalf of statutory regulators where you will be working on public sector/shareholder disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, debt matters and insolvency.
