The highly rated litigation department of this leading law firm is in need of an additional Commercial Litigation Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of commercial disputes and property litigation matters. Your workload will be a mixed caseload of property litigation cases and commercial disputes. The type of work the appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor can expect to deal with includes contract disputes, partnership disputes, financial services litigation and debt recovery matters. The desire to business develop is also key for this role.
Applications are welcomed from Commercial Litigations Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE. You will have a proven background of dealing with the full spectrum of commercial disputes including property litigation matters and contractual matters. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the capability to work effectively within a team. Those with excellent business development skills as well as the ability to deal with files effectively are encouraged to apply.
