JOB TITLE:                   Commercial Litigation Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:        NQ-2 years

This position will see you joining a highly regarded litigation team, handling predominately property litigation matters which will be heavily influenced by the public sector and some general dispute resolution matters. This is varied role that will give the successful property litigation solicitor responsibility from the outset, providing high quality technical work.  You will be responsible for your own caseload, with some supervision, handling matters including, disputes concerning development agreements, enforcement of easements and restrictive covenants, option agreements and rights of pre-emption opportunities, withholding of consents to assignment, alterations, changes of use and underletting and opposed and unopposed lease renewals.



The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be NQ-2 PQE having gained excellent training and experience with another leading law firm. Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors who are commercially aware, as well as excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. You will also be polite and persuasive with good presentation skills and the ability to argue a case successfully.  A good level of education is also essential having gained a minimum of a 2:1 in your degree.  Experience in Property Litigation and also handling general disputes is essential
