JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3 years+ PQE
Our client is one of the UKs' most well known and highly regarded law firms. They offer a full range of legal services for both businesses and individuals, and have established specialisms in the areas of finance, technology and energy. Their client base is enviable and they regularly provide advice to FTSE 100 companies. The dispute resolution team that the appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor will become part of is well known within the local market and attract a busy and exciting flow of instructions. The Solicitor will manage their own caseload of files
The ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitor should have excellent academics and should have at least three years of post qualification experience working within another well regarded law firm. The Solicitor should be able to demonstrate proven experience in the full litigation process and ideally will have had experience advising UK and international corporations, governments and high net worth individuals. The Solicitor will work on all part of the litigation process including disclosure, case management, drafting witness statements and attending trial. In addition, the Solicitor will partake in settlement, including informal settlements meetings, arbitration and mediation.
