PQE REQUIRED: 1 year+ PQE

The appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor will work on a caseload covering a complete spectrum of commercial and civil litigation work which is likely to include contentious probate, professional negligence, property litigation, shareholders disputes and breach of trusts claims. This role will provide the appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor with an excellent opportunity to gain a wealth of varied experience covering an interesting but challenging range of disputes.
The ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have gained at least a year of experience gained working within a commercial litigation department in either a well-regarded city practice, a successful regional practice or in-house legal team. Ideally, the successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have assisted or acted on a wide range of disputes covering property, private client and more commercially focused disputes. The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues and to carry out work in the most professional and effective way as possible.
