JOB TITLE:                   Commercial Litigation Partner

PQE REQUIRED:         8+ years

LOCATION:                  Lincolnshire (commutable from Boston, Grantham, Lincoln, Newark, Scunthorpe and Worksop)

SALARY:                      Competitive, commensurate on experience

 

THE ROLE:

As a commercial litigation partner you will be joining an expert dispute resolution team and will be managing your own caseload covering the full spectrum of litigation work. You can expect to be working on shareholder and partnership issues, contract disputes, breaches of trust, commercial property and construction disputes, intellectual property and ancillary relief. As a partner you will of course be playing a pivotal role in the in the development and strategy of the commercial litigation team. You will be expected to generate work for both yourself and the wider team by utilising your existing network of contacts and will be responsible for training, managing and motivating junior colleagues.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

We are looking for a commercial litigation partner with a clear aptitude for strategy and management. They can be either currently in a partner position and looking for a new challenge or a senior commercial litigation solicitor looking for the next step in their career. We expect candidates to be technically strong and experienced in most of, if not all of the issues mentioned above. An existing client following is also essential. Most importantly they must be apt at team management and development with a demonstrable ability to play a pivotal role in the commercial litigation department’s continued success.
