THE ROLE:

Due to the continued success within the litigation department, the firm have identified the need for an additional Commercial Litigation Solicitor to play an integral role in the development of the thriving department. The role requires the appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor to handle a high value caseload of litigation matters on behalf of a diverse client base. Your commercial litigation workload will involve advising on company law disputes, breach of warranty, shareholder disputes and injunctions.

 

THE COMMERCIAL LITIGATION LAWYER:

Suitable Commercial Litigation Solicitors will have a minimum of 5 years experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial litigation law.  You must be able to demonstrate an excellent academic background together with first-rate technical expertise and business development skills. Covering the broad spectrum of commercial litigation, the successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have gained relevant experience within a leading City or regional practice renowned for their litigation offerings.
