A leading law firm is in need of an additional Commercial Lawyer to handle a varied caseload of commercial matters on behalf of a diverse client base of higher education institutions. The appointed Commercial Lawyer will be responsible for all aspects of commercial law including commercial contracts and agreements. The newly appointed Commercial Lawyer will have a minimum of 5 years PQE in commercial law gained within another leading national or City firm. Boosting a broad range of experience in all aspects of commercial law, the successful Commercial Lawyer will be commercially aware and will possess a proactive approach to business development and networking. Ideal Commercial Lawyers will have a proven track record of dealing with all types of commercial matters such as advising on the commercial side of joint ventures and mergers as well as collaboration agreements and general commercial contracts. Applications are encouraged from Commercial Lawyers who have technical expertise in dealing with clients within a diverse and varied number of sectors.  You will have a measured and personable approach to clients and will be able to offer sound commercial advice to clients. You will be a strong presenter in face to face situations and will have a strong negotiating style which is commercial on behalf of your clients.
