OVERVIEW

As an ambitious and talented Commercial/IT Lawyer, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements including: complex IP and IT agreements, advising on outsourcing transactions, major supply contracts and complex commercial projects. The team handles high quality work on behalf of an impressive client list. The successful candidate will be an impressive Commercial Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE gained from another major National or City firm. You will have the ability to communicate concisely both verbally and in writing with colleagues and clients, interview and advise clients to help them decide the best course of action, research the relevant legal issues applicable to a case and advocate and present orally when required. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated lawyer with good experience in a major National or City firm looking to progress their career.  The firm is a Legal 500 practice offering a very competitive salary package and a pleasant working environment in which to progress onwards to the top of the profession.
